The draft basic constitutional provisions, submitted by Messrs. Vladan Batic, Ph. D., Srdjan Sikimic, Bosko Ristic, Prof. Stevan Lilic, Ph. D., and Dragan Jocic, were discussed at this session. The Sub-Committee members have presented their proposals and exchanged their views on submitted solutions.
